The invention discloses environmentally-friendly degradable packaging paper, the raw materials of which include, by weight, 100-120 parts of kraft paper, 40-60 parts of polylactic acid, 4-8 parts of modified microspheres, 2-8 parts of poly(beta-hydroxybutyric acid), 4-6 parts of polyethylene, 40-60 parts of a filling supplement agent, 1-2 parts of a titanate coupling agent, 2-4 parts of sodium alginate, 4-8 parts of a plasticizer, and 1.5-2.5 parts of an UV531 anti-UV agent. The filling supplement agent includes bamboo fiber, precipitated barium sulfate, sepiolite powder, and calcined kaolin.Plasticizers include: dioctyl terephthalate, polyvinyl alcohol, hydroxy silicone oil, and disproportionated rosin. The modified microspheres are prepared by the following process: mixing 2,2-dimethoxy-2-phenylacetophenone ethanol solution, methacrylic acid mono-capped polyethylene glycol aqueous solution, and methyl methacrylate, stirring the mixture under nitrogen protection, and performing ultraviolet irradiation, centrifugation and drying to obtain the modified microspheres.
