infant formula rice flour comprises the following components in parts by weight: 80-90 parts of long-shaped rice, 12-15 parts of milk
powder, 10-16 parts of glucose, 6-8 parts of Chinese yam, 3-6 parts of
hyacinth bean, 8-10 parts of
semen coicis, 4-6 parts of hawthorn, 8-10 parts of malt, 4-7 parts of dried tangerine or orange peel, 8-10 parts of root of
kudzu vine and 5-9 parts of liquorice. Every 1kg of the
rice flour is further added with 2g-3g of fructo-
oligosaccharide, 2.0g-2.5g of
calcium gluconate, 20mg-30mg of
zinc sulfate, 16mg-20mg of
ferrous gluconate, 0.4mg-0.5mg of
potassium iodate, 0.42g-0.45g of
taurine, 0.3g-0.4g of docosahexenoic acid, 0.1g-0.2g of
arachidonic acid, 0.06g-0.07g of
vitamin A, 0.06g-0.07g of nicotinic acid, 0.05g-0.06g of
vitamin B1, 0.05g-0.06g of
vitamin B2, 0.04g-0.05g of vitamin D1, and 0.02mg-0.03mg of beta-
carotene. The
infant formula rice flour prepared by the preparation method disclosed by the invention not only contains proteins, fat, various vitamins and trace elements needed for the infant, but also has effects of appetizing and digesting, tonifying
spleen, preventing
diarrhea, and the like. According to the invention, the process is simple, and the prepared product is finer and smoother in
mouthfeel, and capable of promoting absorption.
