The method is characterized in that glauber salt is dissolved in a carbonized ammonia solution or ammonium bicarbonate solution and carbonated by CO2 gas to form and separate out the dense soda NaHCO3 crystal, the crystal is filtered and dried to obtain the standard soda; the mother liquor is mixed with the co-saturated solution obtained from the evaporation of the ammonium sulfate, the mixture is frozen to separate sodium sulfate from the ammonium bicarbonate precipitate, and the ammonium sulfate is obtained by evaporation, crystallization and drying. The method has the advantages of simple process, environmental protection, no pollution, the complete recycle of the mother liquor and no discharge of waste water.
