In the land preparation step, residual plants and leaves of a previous crop, disease and pest residues and weeds are removed and destructed together; the soil is subjected to deep plowing; the soil is subjected to high-temperature sterilization with solar energy for 5-7 days; and 5000kg of farmyard manure is applied in every Mu of the land. In the water and fertilizer management step, after a flowering stage and when small chilies appear, small amounts of water are frequently applied in the morning and evening every 3-5 days. In the pest control step, 20-30 yellow plates coated with viscous oil are hung between the lines in every Mu of the land; and the yellow plates are coated again every 10-15 days. With the method, pests and diseases can be effectively controlled; pesticide application is greatly reduced; pesticide residue on chili is reduced; chili health quality is improved; and environment pollution caused by pesticide is reduced.
