Vinyl perfluorinated polyethylene glycol modified elastic polyurethane and application thereof

The invention relates to vinyl perfluorinated polyethylene glycol modified elastic polyurethane which is characterized in that a preparation method of the vinyl perfluorinated polyethylene glycol modified elastic polyurethane comprises the following steps: adding 50-60 parts by weight of vinyl-containing perfluorinated polyethylene glycol, 6-14 parts by weight of diisocyanate monomer and 12-25 parts by weight of organic solvent into a reactor under the protection of nitrogen, starting stirring to uniformly stir the materials, and heating to 60-90 DEG C and reacting for 2-3 hours; and adding the perfluoropolyethylene glycol into a reaction kettle, reacting at 60-90 DEG C for 1-2 hours, then dropwise adding 0.05-0.15 part of a catalyst, continuously reacting at 60-90 DEG C for 1-2 hours after dropwise adding, measuring the percentage content of -NCO in the system every 0.5 hour in the reaction process, cooling to room temperature when the percentage content of the target -NCO in the system is less than 0.5%, and then removing the organic solvent through reduced pressure distillation to obtain the vinyl-containing perfluoropolyethylene glycol modified elastic polyurethane. The smooth and elastic organic silicon release agent prepared from the polyurethane can be tightly adhered to glassine paper, and has the advantage of being easier to peel.

Segmented polymer FPEG-CO-CA modified CA filter membrane and preparation method thereof

The invention provides a preparation method of a segmented polymer FPEG-CO-CA modified CA filter membrane. The preparation method includes: adopting segmented polymer FPEG-CO-CA as an additive to modify CA; allowing membrane formation to obtain the filter membrane, wherein FPEG-CO-CA segmented polymer obtained through simple free radical polymerization and normal-temperature esterification reaction is used as the additive for modifying a CA membrane. Compared with the prior art for preparing the segmented polymer additive, the method has the advantages of few needed operation steps, simplicityand convenience in operation, low in cost and easiness for industrial production; the segmented polymer FPEG-CO-CA and CA are blended to prepare a modified filter membrane, and the filter membrane can be prepared by adopting a conventional immersion precipitation phase conversion process. The preparation process is simple, low in requirement on modifying conditions and easy in control, and the membrane is adjustable and uniform in structure and has lasting stability. The novel segmented polymer modified CA separation membrane is simple in operation and wider in application range.
