The coating is prepared from the following raw materials including tricalcium phosphate, tetracalcium phosphate, nano-hydroxyapatite, tobermorite, graphene oxide, polyamides, nano magnesium, strontium hydrogen phosphate, beryllia, gelatin, lanthanum chloride, lysine, polyvinylpyrrolidone, sodium alga acid, silver carbonate, dihydrate sodium citrate, phosphatidylcholine and polyethylene glycol. The composite bioactive coating provided by the invention has the high binding strength to a base material, and the binding force of the composite bioactive coating to the base material is high; and meanwhile, the abrasion coefficient of the composite bioactive coating to steel balls is no higher than 0.182, the abrasion resistance is good, and the comprehensive mechanical performance is excellent; and in addition, the biocompatibility is good, the composite bioactive coating has good osteoconduction, self-healing and restoring of bone tissues are prompted advantageously, the binding capacity of implants and the bone tissues and new bone regeneration are prompted, and the clinical application demands can be met.
