According to the construction method provided by the invention, a conventional drainage mode, adopted by urban roads, of direct discharging at a source and centralizing at an end, is changed, and a problem on drainage is solved; meanwhile, by planting the rainwater-cultivated plants in the bioretention trough in normal times, rainwater is utilized; and a urban heat island effect is solved and effects of lighting urban and beautifying environment are achieved.
