According to the method, oxidized tannic acid is used as a green cross-linking agent to replace toxic glutaraldehyde, and AiiA enzyme is immobilized on the surface of the membrane through mild reaction, so that high enzyme activity is reserved, and a synergistic effect is generated by virtue of antibacterial activity of tannic acid and quorum sensing quenching function of enzyme, so that the membrane flux attenuation rate in 24-hour simulated filtration is reduced by 40-50%, and the membrane flux attenuation rate is reduced by 30-50%. And the technology is low in cost, simple to operate and suitable for large-scale production, and a sustainable solution is provided for MBR biological pollution resistance.
