Cellulose acetate membranes and polysulfone membranes are widely used in current clinical application. Poly lactic acid has a good membrane-forming property, but is inclined to hydrophobicity, and blood contacting materials are often required to have good hydrophilicity, can reduce the protein adsorption on material surfaces and reduce platelet aggregation. In the preparation method, firstly a polylactic acid hollow fiber membrane with epoxy groups is prepared by a one-step method, then diamine activation of the polylactic acid hollow fiber membrane is carried out, finally heparin is introduced into the activated polylactic acid hollow fiber membrane to obtain the anticoagulation polylactic acid hemodialysis membrane. In the preparation method, the polylactic acid is used as a dialysis membrane material, and the novel dialysis membrane is prepared through use of the wet/dry solution spinning method; and through in-situ polymerization of monomers having double bonds and the epoxy groups, groups of high reaction activity are introduced into a polylactic acid matrix, and reaction conditions of subsequent diamine grafting process and heparin fixing process are mild, so the method is a simple and convenient modification method.

Treatment method for heavy-metal-containing wastewater

The invention relates to a treatment method for heavy-metal-containing wastewater. The treatment method comprises the following steps: 1) adding a heavy metal adsorbent into the heavy-metal-containing wastewater, and fully stirring or shaking for 2-5 hours; carrying out centrifugal separation on the heavy metal adsorbent, or standing, so that supernatant is obtained after the heavy metal adsorbent is precipitated; 2) adding a complexing agent into the supernatant obtained in the step 1), and fully stirring or shaking for 1-3 hours; adding a reducing agent, and fully stirring or shaking for 1-3 hours; regulating the pH value to be 8-12 with an alkaline solution, heating to 60-80 DEG C, fully reacting for 2-3 hours, and carrying out solid-liquid separation; 3) enabling the liquid obtained in the step 2) to pass through activated CD-180 macroporous adsorption resin, enabling effluent liquid to pass through D61 macroporous cation exchange resin, and collecting effluent liquid; and 4) enabling the effluent liquid obtained in the step 3) to pass through a reverse osmosis cellulose acetate membrane at the pressure of 0.5-2MPa, so that the heavy-metal-containing wastewater is treated. The treatment method has the advantages that the content of target heavy metals in wastewater can be obviously reduced, and removal rates reach more than 90% respectively; and meanwhile, the technology is simple, and the operation is convenient, so that the method has good application prospects.

According to the comparison of the color-developing degree of a sample to be detected and the standard colourimetric card, the content range of the benzoyl peroxide can be rapidly judged. The detection test paper disclosed by the invention is simple, rapid and visual in operation when being used for detecting the benzoyl peroxide remained in the flour, and has high detection sensitivity and accuracy.

The insulation particles prepared by the invention are resistant to acid and alkali, wear-resistant, good in insulation effect, long in service life, strong in adaptability and wide in range of application, and can solve the problem of delamination and insulation failure of the particle electrodes and quartz sands, glass balls, plastics and the like, overcome the defects that the acetyl cellulose membrane is low in strength, non-resistant to wear and corrode and easy to dissolve and drop, increase repolarization rate of the particle electrodes in the bed fillers, reduce short circuit current, improve current efficiency, lower electric consumption, and enhance degrading efficiency and treatment effect of the three-dimensional electrode reactor on the organic waste water.
