The invention discloses a method for one-time quickly separating active polysaccharide peptide and triterpene acid of lucid ganoderma. The method comprises the steps of slicing or smashing the lucid ganoderma, extracting through water, centrifuging to remove impurities, purifying, selecting three different membranes, i.e., a 10K membrane, a 6KDa membrane and a 1KDa according to a molecular weightdifference of different substances, classifying and purifying different components in an extraction solution through pore diameters from large to small, and obtaining lucid ganoderma polysaccharide peptide and ludic ganoderma triterpene acid used for developing different products or comparison products. According to the method provided by the invention, the molecular weight of different ludic ganoderma compounds is directly intercepted, so that the lucid ganoderma active polysaccharide peptide and a ludic ganoderma triterpene acid compound can be quickly separated at one time, and compared with a traditional technology, the method is simple and convenient in process, quick, high in yield, free of pollution, and suitable for industrial production.
