An isotope dilution internal standard method is adopted for quantification to avoid quantitative separation and purification difficulty of a complex mixture system; due to the fact that the methanol-formic acid-water solution is used as the extraction liquid, extraction efficiency is ensured, the amount of organic impurities in the sample entering a chromatographic column can be reduced, and the chromatographic column is effectively protected. The method is high in analysis speed, good in repeatability and recovery rate and applicable to analysis of large-batch products in industry.
