The invention discloses a large-scale planting technique of a red-heart kiwi. The large-scale planting technique comprises the steps of site selection, soil preparation, seedling selection, planting, shelving, fertilizer application, pesticide application, pest control, flower thinning, pinching, fruit thinning, weeding, irrigation, fruit collection and trimming, wherein during planting, the spacing in and between rows is 3m*2m, the hole diameter is 0.6 to 1.2m, and the depth is 0.2 to 0.6m; during shelving, the shelf is a T-shaped shed frame with a flat top; during flower thinning and pinching, pinching is performed when 9 to 12 leaves are left before flowering, and pinching is performed when 5 to 7 leaves grow by spindling; the process of fertilizer application includes fertilizer application during planting, accelerating germination fertilizers application after shelving, fruit strengthening fertilizer application and winter fertilizer application. By using the large-scale planting technique, the defects of pesticide and chemical residues, low mineral content and incapability of embodying nutritional values and medicinal values of the kiwi of an existing large-scale planting technique of the red-heart kiwi by referring to the large-scale planting technique of a common fruit tree are overcome, and the large-scale planting technique of the red-heart kiwi, which has the advantages of no pesticide or chemical residues and high mineral content, is provided.
