raw material of the
aramid fiber composite sheet is a three-layer sandwich structure, and the
aramid fiber composite sheet is composed of a top layer, a middle layer and a bottom layer; the top layer and the bottom layer are aramid fiber non-woven fabrics; the middle layer is a polyphenylene
sulfide superfine fiber non-
woven fabric; the raw materials are subjected to high-pressure hot-pressing treatment, the polyphenylene
sulfide superfine fiber non-
woven fabric of the middle layer is molten and permeates and fills pores of the aramid fiber non-
woven fabric of the top layer and the aramid fiber non-woven fabric of the bottom layer, continuous polyphenylene
sulfide films are formed on the surfaces of the top layer and the bottom layer, and the aramid fiber composite sheet of a five-layer structure is formed. The three
layers are sequentially a polyphenylene sulfide film, an aramid fiber non-woven fabric and polyphenylene sulfide
mixed layer, a polyphenylene sulfide layer, an aramid fiber non-woven fabric and polyphenylene sulfide
mixed layer and a polyphenylene sulfide film. The cross section and the surface of the prepared aramid fiber composite sheet are free of obvious pores, the
breakdown strength is larger than 50 kV / mm, the limit
oxygen index is larger than 34% while the
mechanical property of the material is kept, and the aramid fiber composite sheet has good application prospects.
