The invention belongs to wood-plastic composites and preparation processes thereof, and particularly relates to a cabo wood-plastic composite and a preparation process thereof. The composite is composed of, by weight, 100 parts of thermoplastic macromolecular resin, 10-70 parts of cabo powder, 1-20 parts of nano montmorillonite, 1-10 parts of shock-resistant macromolecular modifier, 1-6 parts of cabo surface compatible modifier, 1-8 parts of macromolecular material heat stabilizer and 1-5 part of macromolecular material lubricant. The process includes the steps: subjecting cabo to chemical treatment, drying, crushing and surface chemical modification, enabling cabo powder to be wrapped by the nano montmorillonite in a high-speed mixer, mixing components proportionally in a high-speed kneader, performing melting, blending and preplasticizing in an open mill, cooling and crushing obtained molten sheets, and using a screw extruder for extrusion forming. The cabo wood-plastic composite is excellent in mechanical performance, waterproof, flame-retardant, stable in size, resistant to worm damage, mould-proof and free of noxious substances.
