The preparation disclosed by the invention is prepared into 500-1000 times of diluted liquid; and young fruits are sprayed for the first time by the diluted liquid when 70-80% of blossoms fall and the young fruits are sprayed for the second time after 15-30 days. The preparation disclosed by the invention can effectively reduce the fall of the citrus young fruits and the effect is better than the effect of the single use of the 6-benzyl adenine (BA), the gibberellic acid (GA3) or a common BA+GA3 fruit keeping and anti-falling preparation; and the anti-falling effect is outstanding and the yield is increased to 115.8-304.3%.
