shellac resin; S2, adding
potassium pyrophosphate,
potassium oleate,
potassium ricinoleate and
sulfur dispersion into natural latex, and stirring and aging to obtain a mixture A; S3, adding
calcium salt aggregates of
shellac resin and a rubber
deodorant into the mixture A, stirring uniformly, immediately transferring the mixed glue liquid into a foaming
machine to perform foaming, injecting
zinc oxide dispersion and
sodium fluosilicate dispersion during the foaming process, and injecting the foamed latex mixture into a pillow mold to enter a
steaming oven for
vulcanization; and S4, washing and
vacuum drying the semi-finished product of the latex product, and completing the production. The method is convenient to process and reliable in
