The invention discloses a preparation method of a titanium and titanium alloy surface black protective film for surgical implantation, comprising the following steps: step 1: carrying out micro-arc oxidation coloring processing on titanium and titanium alloy surface to be processed, in the process, firstly, preparing a micro-arc oxidation electrolysing solution, and then carrying out the micro-arc oxidation coloring processing; and step 2: carrying out subsequent processing on the micro-arc oxidation film, wherein the subsequent processing comprises the following steps: firstly, preparing a mixed solution for hydro-thermal processing, completely dipping the titanium and titanium alloy after micro-arc oxidation shading processing in the mixed solution, carrying out the hydro-thermal processing on the surface by adopting a hydro-thermal method, drying the titanium and titanium alloy under the condition of low temperature when the hydro-thermal processing is completed, and generating a layer of pure black micro-arc oxidation film with uniform and plump surface on the titanium and titanium alloy surface. The invention has simple and convenient operation, economy, high production efficiency, and high bonding strength between a generated ceramic film, i.e. the micro-arc oxidation film and a substrate, and the invention can effectively overcome various defects and deficiencies which exist in the prior coating processing techniques.

Electrochromic nonmetallic salt electrolyte composite material, preparation method and application

The invention provides an electrochromic nonmetallic salt electrolyte composite material, a preparation method and application, and belongs to the field of electrochromic electrolyte material synthesis. The method comprises the following steps: preparing tungsten oxide sol; then preparing amino or substituted amino modified carbon nanodots; and mixing the amino or substituted amino modified carbonnanodots with tungsten oxide sol, and adding a stabilizer to obtain the electrochromic nonmetallic salt electrolyte composite material. The invention also provides the electrochromic nonmetallic saltelectrolyte composite material obtained by the preparation method. The invention also provides an application of the electrochromic nonmetal salt electrolyte composite material in an electrochromic device. The electrochromic device provided by the invention can realize reversible conversion between yellow and green, and enriches the color types of inorganic electrochromic materials.

Preparation method of novel colored BIPV (building integrated photovoltaics)

The invention relates to the field of photovoltaic modules, in particular to a preparation method of a novel colored BIPV (building integrated photovoltaics), which comprises the following steps: S1, plating a plurality of layers of optical films on the surface of a glass substrate, and controlling the visible light transmittance to be 30-90%, the reflectivity to be 70-10% and the absorptivity to be less than 0.5%; s2, separating the plated optical film from the glass substrate, and taking out the thin film layer; s3, grinding the thin film layer until the powder granularity reaches 10-60 microns to prepare the semitransparent color pigment; s4, uniformly mixing and stirring the pigment and the transparent glaze, and selecting different mixing proportions of the pigment and the transparent glaze according to the requirements of appearance and transmittance; s5, coating front plate glass of the BIPV with the prepared pigment through a silk-screen printing process; and S6, carrying out high-temperature sintering on the front plate glass coated with the pigment to obtain the colored glass front sheet. The color is rich in variety, is coordinated with the color of the building appearance, and greatly reduces the loss of the photoelectric conversion efficiency of the photovoltaic module.
