Compared with primary taste biscuits, the content of cellulose of the argy wormwood leaf flavoured fermentation biscuits is higher; and compared with the primary taste biscuits, the sugar and oil content of the argy wormwood leaf flavoured fermentation biscuits is lower, and the nutrients are more balanced.
