Biopesticide insecticidal composition, and preparation method and application thereof

The invention relates to the technical field of pesticide compositions, and concretely relates to a biopesticide insecticidal composition, and a preparation method and application thereof. The composition comprises a diatomite with a specific structure and an attractant active component in a weight ratio of (1: 80) to (80: 1), wherein the diatomite with the specific structure has a zigzag honeycomb structure; and the diatomite of the specific structure is Celite610. On one hand, the adopted diatomite has the specific zigzag honeycomb structure, so that better adsorption to a wax coat on the body surface of an insect is facilitated, and rapid dehydration in the body of the insect is caused; and on the other hand, the wax layer on the body surface of the insect can be easily damaged, the body surface of the insect is torn, and the wax rapidly permeates into the body of the insect to cause fatal damage to the insect. And after the diatomite with the specific structure is compounded with insect attractants such as n-hexanol, 6-methyl-5-heptene-2-one and the like for use, the original passive contact of the composition for preventing and controlling pests is changed into active attraction, so that the preventing and controlling efficiency of the composition is further improved.

Method for synthesizing n-hexyl chloroformate by phosgene method

The invention discloses a method for synthesizing n-hexyl chloroformate by a phosgene method. The method comprises the following steps: step 1, putting Ag n-hexyl ester into a reaction device at the bottom; step 2, after the temperature of the materials in the reaction device is reduced to the set temperature, introducing phosgene through a flow meter, wherein the cumulative introduction amount ofphosgene is Bg; and performing controlling; step 3, when the phosgene flow is accumulated to Bg, stopping introducing light, heating the material in the reaction device to 28 +/-2 DEG C, and keepingthe temperature for 2 hours; and step 4, after the heat preservation is finished, controlling the temperature to be 15 +/-2 DEG C, and introducing nitrogen to remove excessive phosgene and hydrogen chloride, thereby obtaining the n-hexyl chloroformate product. According to the invention, side reaction generation is inhibited through earlier-stage cooling, the side reaction is effectively inhibitedby a method of heating after the n-hexyl alcohol is gradually consumed and the concentration is reduced, the n-hexyl alcohol is more completely reacted in a later heating manner, the barrel expansionphenomenon caused by the side reaction in a later storage process is greatly reduced and the yield of the n-hexyl chloroformate prepared by the method reaches 97% or above.

Application of n-hexanol in induction of growth of adventitious roots of astragalus membranaceus and synthesis and accumulation of multiple active ingredients of astragalus membranaceus

The invention belongs to the technical field of growth promotion of traditional Chinese medicine astragalus mongholicus, and provides application of n-hexanol in induction of growth of adventitious roots of astragalus mongholicus and synthesis and accumulation of multiple active ingredients of astragalus mongholicus. The current problems of green and sustainable development of astragalus mongholicus resources are solved. The application comprises the steps that after being filtered and sterilized by a 100 mmol/L n-hexanol aqueous solution through a sterile filter membrane, the n-hexanol aqueous solution is stored at 4 DEG C to obtain an n-hexanol inducible factor; and an n-hexanol induction factor is added into an astragalus root adventitious root liquid culture medium according to the addition amount of 0.05% by volume, an astragalus root culture is inoculated according to the inoculum size of 10% by mass volume, and culturing is carried out in a shaking table at 25 DEG C and 100 rpm for 1-2 weeks. The n-hexanol has the effect of promoting the synthesis of the calycosin-7-glucoside synthesis precursor. The dual promotion effects of adventitious root yield and active ingredient synthesis accumulation are comprehensively considered, the elicitor n-hexanol is expected to be developed into a green additive and is applied to an astragalus mongolicus adventitious root tissue culture system, and the yield of a root culture and the content of active substances are improved.
