The invention belongs to the superhard material polishing technical field and discloses polishing solution used for ultraprecise and low-damage polishing of a large-scale diamond wafer and a method for preparing the same. The method is characterized in that: oxidants with strong oxidbillity including chromium trioxide, ammonium persulphate, potassium permanganate, potassium dichromate, oxydol, potassium ferrate, potassium perchlorate and so on are adopted as main compositions; a proper amount of abrasive material is added for preparing the polishing solution; and micro-removal of surface material of the diamond wafer can be realized by means of chemical and mechanical composite action at normal temperature or low temperature. Moreover, the polishing effect of the polishing solution can be improved by addition of proper amount of catalyst, stabilizer, dispersant and so on as well. The polishing solution and the method have the advantages that: the polishing solution prepared has the advantages of high polishing efficiency, good polishing quality, good stability and so on; and the ultraprecise and low-damage polishing of the large-scale diamond wafer can be realized at the normal temperature or the low temperature.

The water-retention gel electrolyte provided by the invention is prepared from an electrolyte aqueous solution and an oxygen-containing functional group polymer. The electrolyte in the electrolyte aqueous solution is one or more of lithium perchlorate, bis(trifluoromethane)sulfonimide lithium salt, lithium hexafluorophosphate, lithium nitrate, sodium chloride, sodium perchlorate, bis(trifluoromethane)sulfonimide sodium salt, sodium hexafluorophosphate, sodium nitrate, potassium chloride, potassium perchlorate, bis(trifluoromethane)sulfonimide potassium salt, potassium hexafluorophosphate and potassium nitrate. The oxygen-containing functional group polymer is one or more of polyvinylpyrrolidone, polyethylene glycol, polyvinyl alcohol, carboxymethyl cellulose and polyacrylamide. The water-based supercapacitor based on the water-retention gel electrolyte has ultra-long cycle life at the normal temperature, and can be normally charged and discharged at the high temperature of 120 DEG C and stably circulated.

The invention discloses a nail shooting bullet for an arc nail shooting gun. The nail shooting bullet is triggered by an arc of an arc nail shooting gun and comprises the following components: 1 partof potassium perchlorate or potassium hypochlorite or potassium chlorate, 0.1-1 part of starch and 0.05-1 part of water. The invention also discloses a preparation method of the nail shooting bullet,and the preparation method comprises the following steps: 1) crushing potassium perchlorate or potassium hypochlorite or potassium chlorate, carrying out screening with a sieve of 140-180 meshes, adding water, and stirring the mixture uniformly; 2) adding starch into the obtained mixture and stirring the mixture uniformly; and (3) sub-packaging the obtained mixture into a charging barrel of the nail shooting bullet, and carrying out vacuum packaging immediately. The invention further discloses an arc nail shooting gun for triggering the nail shooting bullet, and the arc nail shooting gun comprises a first cavity for accommodating shoot nails and a second cavity for mounting an arc generator, wherein the first cavity communicates with the second cavity through a channel, and the volume of the channel is less than or equal to 0.115mm<3>. The nail shooting bullet provided by the invention has the advantages of high safety performance, simple preparation process, good detonating effect andhigh detonating speed, can be detonated efficiently in the presence of water, and has a remarkable environmental protection effect.

Cast charge and application thereof to production of firework propellant

The invention relates to a cast charge and application thereof to production of a firework propellant. The cast charge is potassium hydrogen terephthalate prepared by mixing terephthalic acid and potassium hydroxide in water to generate a chemical reaction. The cast charge is applied to production of the firework propellant, wherein the firework propellant is prepared by mixing the following components in percentage by weight: 60-70% of potassium perchlorate, 25-35% of cast charge and 2-5% of adhesive and pelletizing a mixture through a sugar coating machine. During the production of the cast charge disclosed by the invention, raw materials are not directly mixed with a strong oxidant, thus very safe production and transportation of the cast charge are realized; when the cast charge is applied to production of the firework propellant, as long as the cast charge is mixed with the potassium perchlorate and the adhesive before the production and is not mechanically machined and the cast charge is not directly stored and conveyed for a long time, potential safety hazard is greatly reduced; in addition, the usage amount of the firework propellant produced by the cast charge disclosed by the invention is only 6g and is 60% of that of a traditional firework propellant, thus the cost is reduced.
