lysine. ε - Fatty acyl
lysine dissolves in the presence of an acid-co-
solvent to yield N ε - Acidic solution of fatty acyl lysine; slowly add N dropwise to
starch gelatinization solution. ε Acidic solution of -fatty acyl lysine was added dropwise. After addition, the solution was kept warm and stirred to induce
crystallization. Then, the pH and temperature were adjusted to allow for further
crystallization. The precipitated crystals were separated by
filtration,
centrifugation for
dehydration,
