The invention belongs to the field of
medicine, and relates to a
simulation model for evaluating a
tumor ablation range through ultrasonic mono-
modal image fusion. Tumor glue is embedded in
normal tissue glue, so that a pre-
ablation model is formed for
ablation; and after the
ablation, the dissolved tumor glue and some dissolved
normal tissue glue around are absorbed out, and ablation glue is poured, so that a post-ablation model is formed which is available for evaluation of the
tumor ablation range through ultrasonic mono-
modal image fusion. The
normal tissue glue includes
carrageenan, and the normal
tissue glue, under a two-dimensional
ultrasonic imaging mode, shows equal echo. The tumor glue, under the two-dimensional
ultrasonic imaging mode, shows high echo. The ablation glue includes
carrageenan, a special dye and an ultrasonic contrast agent, and the ablation glue, under the two-dimensional
ultrasonic imaging mode, shows high echo. When the
simulation model is generally observed by naked eyes, the normal
tissue glue is represented to be colorless and semitransparent, the tumor glue is white and non-transparent and while the ablation glue is
colored and non-transparent, showing strong contrast and facilitating distinguishing. Therefore, by virtue of the
simulation model, the
tumor ablation range can be accurately evaluated; and the simulation model is suitable for teaching and training of tumor ablation technology.
