The invention discloses a compliant hinge stress measuring device comprising a base, a spiral micrometer head support, a spiral micrometer head, a strip plate, and a plurality of strain gauges. A plurality of screw holes that are connected with fixed ends of to-be-measured compliant hinges by bolts are formed in the edge of the base in a length direction. The spiral micrometer head support is fixedly arranged at one end of the base. The spiral micrometer head is in threaded connection with the spiral micrometer head support. One end of the strip plate is abutted against the spiral micrometer head; and a long circular slot or a plurality of through holes that is or are connected with free ends of all to-be-measured compliant hinges by bolts is or are formed in the middle part of the strip plate in a length direction. The plurality of strain gauges are pasted on the deformed surfaces of all to-be-measured compliant hinges respectively and are used for collecting deformation signals of all to-be-measured compliant hinges and sending the signals to a static strain analysis device. According to the invention, the same rotation angles are given between different hinges and thus the hinges deform, so that the stress differences between different hinges are measured by the strain gauges. The method includes the following steps: 1) extracting bilateral maxillary first molars; 2) 21 days after heal of an alveolar socket, implanting an oral implant at the healing site, wherein the implant penetrates the gum and is lower than the occlusalplane; 3) 21 days after bone combination, placing a composite resin crown at the top of the implant to restore occlusal contact with the opposite jaw; and 4) extracting second and third maxillary molars. The model has high molding reproducibility, can generate higher bite force compared with a control, and cause greater strain in surrounding bones.

The invention discloses a preparation method of a clean composite photo-thermal agent with excellent photo-thermal effect; the preparation method includes the following steps: taking dopamine hydrochloride (DA) as a reaction monomer, taking water-soluble alcohol and deionized water as a mixed solvent, adding a proper amount of stronger ammonia water to adjust the pH of the solution, and then carrying out oxidation self polymerization full reaction to prepare polydopamine (PDA) nanoparticles having uniform particle size; dispersing the obtained PDA nanoparticles in a proper amount of deionized water to obtain a dispersion liquid, then mixing with a bivalent copper salt solution, and undergoing a complex reaction, to prepare a PDA-Cu<2+> complex; taking the obtained solution as a seed liquid, adding sulfide as a sulfur source, carrying out a full reaction under certain conditions, preparing composite microspheres with CuS loaded on PDA, then dialyzing to filter out unreacted small molecules, and thus obtaining a dispersion liquid of composite microspheres. The photo-thermal effect of the synthesized material is improved, moreover, the synthetic method is green, and the product is clean; meanwhile, the preparation method has high repeatability of experiments and is easy for subsequent promotion and application.
