The preparation method is characterized by comprising the following steps: firstly,dissolving absorbent cotton and glucan in 1-ethyl-3-methylimidazole thiocyanate to prepare magnetic porous cotton composite microspheres; then, carrying out surface amination on the magnetic porous cotton composite microspheres by the use of gamma-aminopropyl trimethoxy silane to obtain aminated magnetic porous cotton composite microspheres; and finally, adding the following ingredients accordingto the following mass percentage concentrations in a reactor: 68-74% of ethanol and 10-16% of dimercaprol; stirring and dissolving; adding 12-18% of the aminated magnetic porous cotton composite microspheres, stirring at constant temperature of 50+/- 2 DEG C and carrying out reflux reaction for 3 h, cooling, washing with ethanol, carrying out solid-liquid separation and drying to obtain the dimercaprol modified magnetic porous cotton composite microspheres. The adsorbent has high adsorption capacity of arsenic and mercury, is low-cost and environmentally-friendly, has high mechanical strength,can be repeatedly used for more than 10 times, and is easy to separate.

The method comprises the step of adding scale andcorrosion inhibitor and a compound complexing agent into high-speed train circulating cooling water, wherein the scale and corrosion inhibitor is prepared from organic phosphorous and copolymer, and the compound complexing agent is selected from at least three of dimercaprol dimercaptopropanol, tartaric acid, tartrate, triethanolamine, citric acid, citrate, ethylene diamine tetraacetic acid, hydroxylamine hydrochloride, sodium gluconate and sodium alginate. The treatment method can effectively control corrosion of high-speed train circulating cooling water, enables the corrosion speed of cooling water for carbon steel to be reduced to the grade of 'good' for carbon steel corrosion speed specified in the cooling water analysis and test method; and furthermore, the method can avoid the process of replacing circulating cooling water in the system with a great number of fresh water to control corrosion in the prior art, is quick, efficient, safe and reliable, and is suitable for quick treatment of a high-speed train circulating water system.
