The invention provides ultrathin
powder coating which comprises the following raw materials in parts by
mass: 25 to 30 parts of matrix resin, 12 to 15 parts of a curing agent, 10 to 15 parts of a curing accelerator, 20 to 30 parts of a filler, 5 to 10 parts of
graphene powder, 10 to 20 parts of a
metal composition and 10 to 25 parts of an auxiliary agent. The auxiliary agent comprises the following components in parts by
mass: 1 to 3 parts of a leveling agent, 1.0 to 1.5 parts of a dispersing agent, 0.1 to 0.3 part of an anti-
settling agent, 0.5 to 0.8 part of an antifoaming agent, 0.1 to 0.3part of a
mildew preventive, 0.5 to 0.7 part of a thickener, 0.01 to 0.03 part of composite
rare earth and 5 to 8 parts of a coalescing agent; the leveling agent is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by
mass: 15 to 20 parts of
polyaspartic acid /
polyethylene glycol
monomethyl ether, 2 to 3 parts of modified
fly ash, 1 to 2 parts of polyoxyethylene, 1 to 2 parts of polydipentaerythritol hexaacrylate, 0.5 to 1 part of
polyvinyl butyral, 0.5 to 1 part of
pregelatinized starch, 0.3 to 0.5 part of
disodium lauryl sulfosuccinate and 0.05 to 0.1 part of
ferrocene. The
coating disclosedby the invention is high in
bonding strength with the surface of a base material and is not easy to fall off, and the thickness of a
coating film is 30 to 50 micrometers.
