The invention relates to a concrete-based element mixing body which comprises a concrete-based lining layer, a
reducing agent, a reinforcing agent, a restoration agent, a
toughening agent and a
glazing agent, wherein the
reducing agent, the reinforcing agent, the restoration agent and the
toughening agent are seeped into the deep
surface layer of the concrete-based lining layer to form a concrete-based main body, and the
glazing agent is coated on the surface of the concrete-based main body. The whole anti-
corrosion layer is an element mixing body which is formed by the affinity of a main body that integrates reduction, reinforcement, restoration and
toughening into a whole and a
glazing protection reinforcing face, and a chemical molecule
chain structure body with seepage, temperature, acid,
corrosion, stretching and cold and heat
impact resistance is formed, therefore, the main body has the same
corrosion resistance
efficacy even if the glazing protection reinforcing face is damaged. The concrete-base element mixing body can be applied to chimneys, flues and
cement ponds of a power
plant.
