The invention discloses a fault
simulation experiment table for a step-up drive
system of a wind-driven generator set, which consists of two parts, i.e. a power source and fault
simulation. The power source consists of a frequency converter, a variable-frequency motor and a speed
reducer and is used for simulating the input rotation speed of an
impeller rotor when the wind-driven generator set runs, and the fault
simulation consists of a primary planetary gear step-up box, a secondary parallel shaft gear step-up box and a
magnetic powder brake and is used for simulating a one-gear two-parallel-shaft gear step-up drive
system and a dynamic load of the wind-driven generator set. Through the experiment table, the single and compound faults of components, i.e. a planetary wheel, a sun wheel and a bearing of a planetary step-up part as well as a gear, a bearing and the like of a parallel shaft step-up part in the step-up drive
system of the wind-driven generator set can be simulated; the fault simulation experiment table for the step-up drive system of the wind-driven generator set can be used for researching the
fault modeling and damage evolution mechanism of the step-up box of the wind-driven generator set and searching a characteristic extracting method of a vibrating
signal under a
variable load and a variable speed; the theoretical support and the
technical support are supplied for the state monitoring of the wind-driven generator set; and the safe running of the wind-driven generator set is guaranteed.
