The invention provides a production process of an anti-aging plastic woven bag. The production process comprises the following steps that S1, polypropylene particles, diphenylacetylene, bis(octane)amine, aromatic phosphite, a filling master batch, a light stabilizer, a nucleating agent and hydroquinone are put into a drying and stirring machine to be stirred and then to be dried; S2, the materialssubjected to the S1 step are fed into an extruder, a thin film is produced through heating by a material cylinder, shearing by a screw and a machine cylinder and forming and extruding by a die head,the thin film is cut into a blank filaments by using a blade after being cooled by water, the blank filaments are stretched to form flat filaments through a drying plate, and the flat filaments are subjected to heat setting, and then are wounded into a filament coil; S3, the coiled flat filaments are woven into a cylindrical woven bag, and winding is carried out by a winding machine; S4, a trademark and a production annotation are printed; S5, the cylindrical woven bag is cut into a woven bag by using a cutting machine; and S6, a bag opening is sewed, and the woven bag is formed. The providedproduction process of the anti-aging plastic woven bag aims to improve the anti-aging capability and the anti-oxidation capability of an existing plastic woven bag, prolong the service life of the existing woven bag, reduce the processing difficulty, and save the cost.
