The invention discloses a device utilizing
smoke residual heat of a coking
pipe type furnace to dry
ammonium sulphate. The device comprises an air inlet pipeline, a
thermometer, an air mixer, an automatic adjusting valve, a baffle plate, a
smoke pipeline, a turnover plate adjuster, a hot air outlet
pipe and a pressure gage, wherein a blower and a fluidizing
bed are respectively connected with an exchanger through the air inlet pipeline and the hot air outlet pipeline, the hot air outlet
pipe is provided with the air mixer, a pipeline between the air mixer and the lower air outlet is provided with a bypass pipeline, the bypass pipeline is connected with the part, near the upper air inlet, of the air inlet pipeline, and is provided with the automatic adjusting valve, and a pipeline between the air mixer and the fluidizing
bed is sequentially provided with the
thermometer and the pressure gage from top to bottom. The invention also discloses a method utilizing the
smoke residual heat of the coking pipe type furnace to dry the
ammonium sulphate. The device has the advantages that the design is simple and practical, the high-temperature smoke residual heat of the pipe type furnace is sufficiently utilized, the
energy consumption is decreased, and the production cost is saved.
