The invention relates to ABS (Acrylonitrile Butadiene Styrene) modified resin with high hardness, flame retardance and antistatic property. The ABS modified resin comprises the following components of ABS resin, aromatic polyimide fibers, diazo diphenylamine paraformaldehyde condensation product, a polyisocyanate block, silicone-modified polyurethane resin, 6-ethyoxyl-2,2,4-trimethyl-1,2-dihydroquinoline, styryl pyridine dimethyl sulfate salts, isobutyraldehyde, a curing agent, dimethoxy dipropylene glycol, polyvinyl butanol, an antistatic agent, zinc ferrite, 4-tert-Butylcyclohexanone, cyclododecanone, barium sulfate, 1,2,3,4-cyclopentanetetracarboxylic acid and deionized water. The ABS modified resin disclosed by the invention has the characteristics of high hardness, flame retardance and antistatic property.
