The invention discloses a planting method of green organic selenium- and zinc-rich nutritional rice, which comprises the steps of firstly preparing a selenium-zinc organic chelating solution containing selenium and zinc by using selenium dioxide, zinc sulfate, methionine, fulvic acid and water; during use, according to the dosage of 200 g of the selenium-zinc organic chelating solution for each muof a rice field, diluting with 200 to 300 times of water, spraying on the leaf surfaces for once during a booting stage of rice, or spraying on the leaf surfaces for once respectively during the booting stage and a pustulation period of rice, or spraying on the leaf surfaces for once respectively during a tillering stage, the booting stage and the pustulation period of rice, harvesting after therice is mature, and removing the hull, thus obtaining the green organic selenium- and zinc-rich nutritional rice.According to the planting method provided by the invention, through spraying a selenium-zinc organic chelating agent on the leaf surfaces, a biochemical process is carried out inside the rice, so as to enable the selenium content and zinc content in the rice to reach 0.070 to 0.270 mg/kg and 12 to 25 mg/kg respectively, which are 2 to 10 times of the selenium content and zinc content in a selenium- and zinc-lack ecological environment.The rice meets the limited sanitary standards for selenium and zinc in foods (GB1305-91, 1306-91) and the Recommended Dietary nutrient Allowance issued by China, so as to be called as the green organic selenium- and zinc-rich nutritional rice.
