The invention relates to a bionic detection device and method for electronic nose time-space smell information. A gas sensing array and a bionic air chamber are constructed in conjunction with a temperature modulation technology and a film retardation technology, and smell information data of various substances to be identified are acquired to be identified in a classified way through a subsequent mode identification algorithm. The method comprises the following steps: changing the sensitivity and selectivity of a sensor specific to different smell components through the temperature modulation technology, forming a scanning response process specific to different components of complex smell, and acquiring rich time sequence signals of different sensors in the array; setting different breathable films/semi-breathable films in an air path, simulating biological nasal cavity and mucus functions according to the characteristic of difference of diffusion transmission rates of various gas components, and acquiring the difference through the sensors distributed at different positions, namely, spatial information reflecting air chamber spreading of the smell. By adopting the method, the time-space information of the complex gas components is acquired, and a signal foundation is laid for fine identification of complex smell.

The invention belongs to the field of material preparation and discloses a method for preparing a hafnium oxide based ferroelectric film by adopting reaction magnetron sputtering. The method comprisesthe following steps of: firstly removing residual impurities and dirt on the surface by adopting a standard RCA washing process; subsequently, by taking metallic hafnium and a doped single metal or nonmetal as a target material, depositing an amorphous hafnium oxide based film in a mixed atmosphere of Ar and O2 by adopting reaction magnetron sputtering; and afterwards annealing and crystalizing the deposited film to obtain the hafnium oxide based ferroelectric film which is of an orthorhombic-phase Pca21 spatial group crystal structure. The method for preparing the hafnium oxide based ferroelectric film by adopting reaction magnetron sputtering disclosed by the invention has the advantages that the deposition speed is high; the temperature of base materials is low; damages of the film layer are small; the film and a substrate are combined well; the film is high in purity, good in compactness and good in film formation uniformity; a sputtering power supply is flexible to select; the doped elements are flexible and versified in selection; cooling of the target material has no special requirements; the process is good in repeatability; the film growth conditions are easy to control;and the method can easily realize industrialization.

The preparation method comprises the steps that firstly, impurity removal treatment is conducted to a substrate material; secondly, the substrate material is soaked in oxidizing chemical treatment liquid to obtain an electrode precursor with the surface being of a nanometer wire structure; and thirdly, the electrode precursor is subjected to electrochemical reduction treatment to obtain the electrode with a nanometer wire structure layer being attached to the surface of the electrode. According to the preparation method of the electrode for CO2 electrochemical reduction and the electrode and application thereof, compared with an existing bulk phase metal electrode preparation technology, the electrode can provide more active sites for an electrochemical reduction reaction of CO2, and the yield of a target product is improved; and the surface roughness of the nanometer wire structure layer attached to the surface of the electrode is high and changes the bonding energy between the intermediate product CO* and the electrode surface of key steps ofan ERC reaction, the subsequent reaction course of CO* is adjusted and changed, and selectivity of the target product is changed accordingly.

The invention discloses a doxorubicin hydrochloride self-assembled polymer nanoparticle which is prepared from doxorubicin hydrochloride and an amphipathic high-molecular polymer PLGA (Polylactic-co-Glycolic Acid), wherein the PLGA is formed by two monomers, namely lactic acid (LA) and glycolic acid (GA). The preparation method comprises the following steps: 1) dissolving a drug doxorubicin hydrochloride into a polar organic solvent A so as to obtain a doxorubicin hydrochloride solution; 2) dissolving the PLGA into a polar organic solvent B so as to obtain a PLGA solution; 3) uniformly mixing the doxorubicin hydrochloride solution with the PLGA solution so as to obtain an eutectic solution, dripping the eutectic solution into an aqueous phase under the stirring condition, continuously stirring, and volatilizing the organic solvent; and 4) centrifuging the completely volatilized solution at a high speed by using a centrifugal machine, and collecting the precipitate, thereby obtaining the doxorubicin hydrochloride self-assembled polymer nanoparticle. The prepared product can achieve the effects of reducing the drug toxicity, reducing the administration frequency, improving the drug stability, delaying in-vivo release time of the drug, reducing adverse reactions of the drug, improving the bioavailability and efficacy of the drug and achieving excellent treatment effects.
