The invention discloses conductive paint for shielding signals and a use method of the conductive paint. The conductive paint comprises a prime coat, a floating coat and a top coat, and the prime coat is composed of a component A and a component B; the component A is prepared from the following raw materials in percentage by weight: 22 to 32 percent of semi-finished product resin, 35 to 45 percent of conductive
copper paste, 15 to 25 percent of
cyclohexanone, 5 to 15 percent of butyl ester, 0.5 to 1.5 percent of anti-
settling agent, 0.1 to 1 percent of defoaming agent and 1 to 2 percent of
silane coupling agent; the semi-finished resin is prepared from the following raw materials in percentage by weight: 5-15% of
cyclohexanone, 10-20% of
ethylene glycol monobutyl
ether, 10-20% of PMA, 15-25% of butyl ester and 35-45% of hydroxy
acrylic resin; the floating coat is prepared from the following raw materials in percentage by weight: 10-15% of
thermoplastic acrylic resin, 5-15% of
cyclohexanone, 5-15% of PMA, 1-5% of an anti-
settling aid, 40-45% of conductive
copper paste and 15-25% of conductive pure
silver paste. Three
layers of coatings are adopted to form the high-performance
signal shielding layer, the resistance value of the floating coat in the conductive paint is below 0.2
ohm, signals can be absolutely shielded, the method is used for replacing an original
signal shielding layer made of
metal, cost can be effectively reduced, and efficiency can be effectively improved.
