The invention discloses a vacuum thermal forming production process for fired mold precision manufacturing. By smelting and demoldingan alloy material in a vacuum environmental condition, the production process is simple and has the advantages that the metal utilization ratio is improved obviously, the fired mold has good mold filling performance, the casting quality is improved continuously, the cost is saved and the integral efficiency is improved, and the pouring condition is improved positively, and mechanization is achieved. The process provided by the invention can improve or overcome defects that in existing alloy casting, the casting is poor in quality, mechanical property and conducting performance, severe in casting loss and the like obviously, and solves the problem that part of metal elements are easily oxidized in atmosphere, a molten alloy is poor in mobility, great in viscosity, easy to bond and the like,so that the quality of the alloy casting is improved greatly. The casting product produced is more stable in dimension and higher in precision.
