The invention relates to a
reflux extraction and vacuum concentration integrated device adopting compressed-air expansion cooling. The device comprises an
electric heating control cabinet, a heater electrically connected with the
electric heating control cabinet, an accommodating device arranged in the heater and used for accommodating an extraction liquid, a trickling
filtration type material container arranged at the upper part of an inner cavity of the accommodating device, a
gas phase rising column communicating with the accommodating device as well as an expansion cooling unit and an
air cooling unit which communicate with the
gas phase rising column sequentially, wherein the expansion cooling unit comprises a
clamshell type expansion
cooling chamber and an S-shaped condenser
pipe arranged in the
clamshell type expansion
cooling chamber, the top of the S-shaped condenser
pipe communicates with the
gas phase rising column, and the bottom of the S-shaped condenser
pipe communicates with a dripper located above the trickling
filtration type material container and an extraction liquid recoverer. Compared with the prior art, the overall structure is simple and compact, the
reflux extraction step can be conveniently switched to the vacuum concentration step, operation steps are simplified, the sample loss is reduced, and the device is safe and reliable.
