The invention relates to the field of pollination of crops, in particular to an effective method for increasing the flower visiting rate of bees. The flower visiting frequency and the number of flowers visited by the bees are increased by combining bee colony control and spraying of an attractant on plants. The method comprises steps as follows: a hybrid soybean field adopting bee pollination is selected; the structure of a bee colony is adjusted; the bee colony for pollination is transported to the soybean field, and the selected bee colony for pollination is transported to the hybrid soybean seed production field in the early stage of flowering of the soybeans; the attractant to be sprayed to the plants is prepared from linalool, benzyl alcohol, ocimene, geraniol, nerol, mushroom alcohol and 2-heptanone. The bee colony is released in the pollination field after being prepared, and the attractant is sprayed on flowers of crops in the flowering period of the crops to attract the bees to visit the flowers. The biological characteristic that pollen and smell are taken as one of approaches to food-source orientation of bee larva is utilized, a large quantity of bees are attracted, the number of the flowers visited by the bees and the natural pollination rate are increased, the yield of the crops is increased, and the method has the characteristics that the method is scientific, simple, convenient and easy to operate, low in cost and remarkable in effect and materials are low in price and easy to obtain.

Endophytic bacillius subtilis antibacterial volatile substance and identification method thereof

The invention relates to a volatile substance which has antibacterial activity and is produced by a biocontrol endophytic bacillius subtilis strain Jaas ed1 and an identification method thereof. The strain at least can produce 15 volatile substances, and 10 of the 15 volatile substances are bacteriostat effective substances and comprise 2-heptanone, 2-nonanone, 2-nonanol, 2-decanone, 2-decanol, 2-phenethyl alcohol, 2-undecanone, 2-cyclododecanoe, 2-undecanol and 2-tridecanone. The collecting and purifying method includes the steps that endophytic bacillius subtilis Jaas ed1 fermentation liquor is heated and stirred on a magnetic stirrer, solid phase microextraction is conducted on volatile gas through a DVB/CAR/PDMS extraction head, and finally extracted volatile substance ingredients are determined through the GC-MS. The volatile gas can inhibit mycelial growth of pathogens of watermelon fusarium wilt and germination of cotton verticillium dahliae microsclerotia, extremely-high study and application value is achieved on development of broad-spectrum antibacterial chemicals, and wide application prospects are achieved for protecting the natural quality of crops and fruits of the crops and reducing pesticide residues.

Oil-soluble thick oil yield increasing and viscosity reducing agent and preparation

The invention provides an oil-soluble thick oil yield increasing and viscosity reducing agent and preparation. The oil-soluble thick oil yield increasing and viscosity reducing agent is prepared from the following ingredients in parts by weight: 10 to 20 parts of acrylic acid higher-alcohol ester styrol copolymer, 5 to 8 parts of ketone, 10 to 20 parts of random polyether, 5 to 10 parts of glycoland 42 to 70 parts of organic solvents. The preparation method comprises the following steps of: sequentially adding the organic solvent, the ketone, the glycol and the random polyether to a reactionkettle, then, adding the acrylic acid higher-alcohol ester styrol copolymer under the stirring condition at 35 to 45 DEG C, controlling the temperature for 25 to 35 minutes, and uniformly stirring toobtain the product. The acrylic acid higher-alcohol ester styrol copolymer is adopted as an acrylic acid 12-18 alcohol ester styrol copolymer, the adopted ketone is acetone, cyclohexanone, 2-heptanone, ethyl methyl ketone, isophorone or N-methyl-2-ketopyrrolidine, and the adopted random polyether is formed through using fatty alcohol as an initiator to be mixed and polymerized with epoxy ethane and propylene oxide, wherein the fatty alcohol is C10-C14 alcohol, C12-C14 alcohol and C12-C16 alcohol or C12-C18 alcohol and C10-C14 alcohol or C12-C18 alcohol, wherein the ratio of the epoxy ethane to the propylene oxide is 1/1, 2/1 or 5/3. The product is used for thick oil extraction, the average oil yield is 35 to 45t per day, the average thin oil saving quantity is 10 to 22t per day, and the design effect can be reached.
