The invention provides a polybutylene drainage pipeline material and a preparation method thereof. The polybutylene drainage pipeline material is prepared from the following components: polybutylene, polypropylene, polyvinyl alcohol, benzoyl peroxide, propyl gallate, disodium ethylenediamine tetraacetate, N-aminoethylpiperazine, triethylene tetramine, dilauryl thiodipropionate, benzyl butyl phthalate, propylene glycol alginate, diisodecyl phthalate, 1-2 parts of ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer, hydroxypropyl distarch phosphate and phenyl alkyl sulfonate. The preparation method comprises the following steps: mixing all components and dispersing in a high-speed dispersion machine; adding the mixed components into a two-roller open mill for open milling; preparing the polybutylene drainage pipeline material from the rubber compound by a torque rheometer; and finally, performing compression moulding on a flat vulkameter. By combining polybutylene with other materials, the polybutylene drainage pipeline material provided by the invention has perfect mechanical properties and corrosion resistance.
