urban rail transport and a preparation method thereof. The
flame resistant
polypropylene cable material is prepared from the following raw materials, by weight, 42-58 parts of
polypropylene, 34-49 parts of
polyetherimide, 18-27 parts of brominated
polystyrene, 13-19 parts of ultrafine
molybdenum powder, 8-14 parts of guaiac resin, 10-15 parts of epoxidized
fatty acid methyl esters, 6-12 parts of
diethylene glycol dibenzoate, 3-6 parts of Sasol
wax, 2-4 parts of
isopropyl myristate, 1-2 parts of stannous
stearate, 4-8 parts of tri(2,3-dibromopropyl)tricarbimide ester, 15-20 parts of activated
calcium carbonate, 5-10 parts of
barium stannate, 2-3 parts of
dibenzoyl methane, 15-20 parts of a composite
flame retardant, 1-2 parts of an
antioxidant 1135 and 1-2 parts of an
antioxidant 330. The prepared cable material has good flame retardant efficiency and low
smoke density, will not generate heavy
smoke and harmful, toxic and corrosive gas when burned, is safe and environmentally-friendly, and has characteristics such as excellent physical and mechanical properties, electrical insulation property,
fatigue resistance,
heat resistance, weather fastness and the like.
