The polyvinyl chloride (PVC) pipe prepared by the method is high in mechanical strength, good in weather resistance and excellent in cold tolerance; compared with PVC pipes in the prior art, the PVC pipe provided by the invention has greatly improved low temperature brittleness and has minimum working temperature reaching to -50 DEG C.
