The invention can realize the on-line separation of water contained in the coix seed powder granules, the coixenolide, the coix seed oil and other impurities by adopting the step-by-step pressurization and segmental collection process and overcomes the defect that the conventional extraction method needs to further separate an extractive by adopting other separation technologies.
