The invention discloses a fabrication process for an enameled wire taking waterborne insulation paint as an insulation layer. The fabrication process comprises the following steps of A, unwinding, inwhich a wire is uniformly payed off from a wire shaft; B, cleaning, in which surface oil dirt and particles are washed; C, annealing; D, painting, evaporating, curing and cooling, in which the step ofD comprises the steps of d1, painting, in which the waterborne insulation paint is coated on a surface of the wire employing a die or felt painting mode; d2, evaporating, in which water in a paintingliquid coated on the wire in the step d1 is evaporated; d3, curing, in which a film formation substance in the insulation paint is crosslinked and cured; d4, cooling, in which the insulation paint film is cooled by a cooling fan; and d5, repeating the steps of d1, d2, d3 and d4 until the paint film is coated on the wire surface for 5-24 times; E, lubricating, in which a lubricating agent is coated on the wire surface after the step D; and F, winding, in which the wire after the step E is taken up. The fabrication method has the advantages that environment protection, energy saving and consumption reduction can be achieved, the fabrication cost of the enameled wire is reduced, and green and circular economic development is achieved.
