High-performance waterborne wood coating

A high-performance waterborne wood coating is prepared from an organic silicon-acrylic emulsion and an additive. The additive comprises the following components by mass percentage: less than 5 percent of deionized water, 3 to 5 percent of film-forming additive, 0.1 to 1 percent of leveling agent, 0.1 to 0.5 percent of antifoaming agent, 0.1 to 0.2 percent of wetting agent, 0 to 0.1 percent of bactericide, 0 to 0.5 percent of thickener, and the balance of organic silicon-acrylic emulsion, wherein the organic silicon-acrylic emulsion is added with silica sol. The high-performance waterborne wood coating avoids the problems that most antifoaming agents have antifoaming and foam suppressing difficulties and that an excessive amount of the antifoaming agents leads to cavity shrinkage through the control of the addition amount of the antifoaming agent and improves the synthesis method of the emulsion. The organic silicon monomer and silica sol-containing high-performance waterborne wood coating emulsion with high solid content and low film forming temperature can reduce the film-forming temperature, be used for synthesis of low-viscosity and high-content waterborne wood coatings, improve the hardness of the waterborne wood coatings and improve the high-temperature resistance and after tack of the waterborne wood coatings.

Pulley-heaving block device for restraining flutter of long-span bridge

The invention belongs to the technical field of bridge vibration control, and provides a pulley-heaving block device for inhibiting flutter of a large-span bridge, which is a vibration control system temporarily mounted on the bridge according to flutter control requirements and consists of a heaving block immersed in water, a rope for connecting a pulley block with the heaving block and an anchorage for providing downward tension. When the bridge vibrates upwards, due to the displacement amplification effect of the pulley block, the heaving block moves upwards in water at the speed multiple times that of the bridge, the gravity of the heaving block and the downward water resistance do negative work on the bridge, and vibration energy is consumed; when the bridge vibrates downwards, the heaving block and the bridge move approximately synchronously by optimizing design parameters, and large-amplitude flutter of the bridge is efficiently restrained. The reinforced concrete heaving block is more economical compared with a metal heaving plate, and due to the introduction of the pulley block, the total resistance borne by the bridge is multiple times of the gravity of the heaving block and the water resistance, so that the control efficiency is higher. The pulley-heaving block device has the advantages of being convenient to disassemble and assemble, economical, practical, safe and efficient.

If the current detection chip detects the electricity leakage situation, a light-emitting rotating LED warning light of the audible and visual alarm can make alarm sounds, and the safety warning effect is achieved.
