A method for preparing flexible tribo-piezoelectric composite energy harvesters by micro-stereolithography, the dispersion of advanced piezoelectric materials, and then the preparation of piezoelectric photosensitive resins, and then the preparation of microstructured wave-shaped piezoelectric energy harvesters , the piezoelectric photosensitive resin is irradiated with ultraviolet light, and the microstructure wavy piezoelectric film is prepared by using the micro three-dimensional curing process. The substrate, the upper and lower metal electrodes are connected to the power supply, and thermally polarized in an oven. After the oven is cooled to room temperature, the voltage is removed to obtain a microstructure wave-shaped piezoelectric energy harvester; finally, a flexible friction-piezoelectric composite energy harvester is performed. The preparation of the microstructure wave-shaped piezoelectric energy harvester is placed on the conductive substrate with friction material to form a flexible friction-piezoelectric composite energy harvester; the invention has simple process, low cost, and greatly improves the output of the energy harvester performance.

Wave-absorbing electromagnetic shielding regenerated polyester fiber and preparation method thereof

The invention discloses wave-absorbing electromagnetic shielding regenerated polyester fiber. The fiber comprises a double-opening resonator area formed by conductive polyester and an enhanced wave-absorbing area formed by magnetic polyester; the double-opening resonator area comprises outer ring conductive polyester, an outer ring opening, inner ring conductive polyester and an inner ring opening; the outer ring opening and the inner ring opening need to be designed in opposite directions and at corresponding positions; and the enhanced wave-absorbing area comprises core magnetic polyester, inner-layer magnetic polyester and outer-layer magnetic polyester, and the three parts of polyester are mutually connected and communicated and fill all areas, except the conductive polyester, of the fiber. According to the wave-absorbing electromagnetic shielding regenerated polyester fiber, a vibration wave absorber structure is applied to regenerated polyester fiber by using the regenerated polyester fiber, conductive particles and magnetic particles, so that the regenerated polyester fiber is endowed with effective wave-absorbing and shielding functions. The invention also discloses a preparation method of the wave-absorbing electromagnetic shielding regenerated polyester fiber.
