The method comprises the following steps: (1) treating the high-concentration ammonia nitrogen wastewater by using a three-dimensional electrode electrolysis device; (2) enabling effluent water treated by the three-dimensional electrode electrolysis device to enter a flocculation reaction tank, adding chemicals for flocculation reaction treatment, and adding sodium hydroxide to regulate the pH of the wastewater to 8-9, wherein the reaction treatment time is 10-30 minutes; (3) enabling effluent water after the flocculation reaction treatment to enter a vertical flow reaction sedimentation tank for sedimentation treatment, wherein the sedimentation reaction time is 60-180 minutes; (4) enabling effluent water after the sedimentation treatment to enter a clean water tank. According to the method, by virtue of characteristics of high electrolytic current efficiency, big specific surface area, strong oxidative degradation ability and the like of the three-dimensional electrodes, the purpose of simply, efficiently and rapidly degrading the high-concentration ammonia nitrogen is achieved, and the wastewater reaches the discharge standard.

The method comprises the following steps: adding seed crystalsinto a fluidized bed, and controlling the wastewater flow rate to enable the seed crystals to be fluidized; adjusting the pH value in the fluidized bed to an alkaline condition; adding magnesium liquid, starting reflux water, increasing the water temperature, and continuously introducing wastewater to enable the wastewater and the magnesium liquid to continuously react in the fluidized bed; reducing the water temperature, inserting the ultrasonic vibrating rod into the fluidized bed, turning on an ultrasonic vibrating rod, carrying out ultrasonic reaction, increasing the flow rate of backflowwater, turning off the ultrasonic vibrating rod, and carry out the reaction continuously; and after the reaction is finished, discharging the treated wastewater and the generated magnesium ammonium phosphate crystal precipitate. The crystal generated by the method is more regular in shape, short in reaction time and high in nitrogen and phosphorus removal rate, and the generated magnesium ammonium phosphate crystal is uniform and regular in particle size.
