The invention provides a combined system for removing antibiotic from pharmacy waste water by using hydroxyl radical and relate to radical chemistry and water treatment application. The combined system is provided with a hydroxyl radical solution generation device, a first liquid hydraulic cavitation mixing and dissolving device, a second liquid hydraulic cavitation mixing and dissolving device, agrille pool, an adjusting pool, a coagulating pool, a primary settling tank, a secondary settling tank, an SBR biochemical reaction pool, first to third mechanical pumps, first to fourth water flow meters, first to tenth electromagnetic valves and first to fifth unit water outlet valves. Water chromaticity, COD and total organic carbon can be reduced while the antibiotic in the waste water is removed; in the treated waste water, the chromaticity is less than 30 degrees, BOD5 is less than 10 mg/L, COD is less than 50 mg/L, ammonium nitrogen is less than 5 mg/L, the total organic carbon is lessthan 15 mg/L, and various indexes meet the requirement of 'Pharmacy Industry Water Pollutant Discharge Standard'. The system has the advantages of being high in pollutant treating effect, high in decomposition speed, low in occupied area, high in automation degree, and the like.
