The invention discloses a two-layer micrometering bolometer and a manufacturing method thereof. The two-layer micrometering bolometer comprises a microbridge structure for a micrometering bolometer of an uncooled infrared detector or an uncooled terahertz detector, and is characterized in that: the microbridge consists of two independent bridge decks, namely an upper bridge deck and a lower bridge deck; a light absorbing material is positioned on the upper bridge deck; a thermistor material is positioned on the lower bridge deck; and four upper and lower bridge deck connecting posts on the upper bridge deck of the microbridge are connected with a metal heat transfer layer of the lower bridge deck of the microbridge. The upper bridge deck of the microbridge comprises one or more layers of light absorbing materials. The two-layer microbridge has higher light absorption rate and filling factor, and also has higher temperature uniformity and mechanical stability. The two-layer micrometering bolometer and the manufacturing method thereof can overcome the defects in the prior art, the working performance of a device is improved, and the two-layer micrometering bolometer is suitable for large-scale industrial production.

The metamaterials (5) is in the structure of cycle-assigned metal wire arrays, cycle-assigned metal opening resonance ring arrays or a fishing net. The thickness of the semiconductor interlayer materials (4) is 5 to 50 nanometers. According to the composite structure based on the metamaterials and the semiconductor low dimension quantum materials, a light gain property of the semiconductor low dimension quantum materials and a high speed response property of semiconductor materials to a light signal are simultaneously used, and the composite structure based on the metamaterials and the semiconductor low dimension quantum materials has the dual functions of compensating metamaterial wastage and regulating and controlling metamaterial properties. By using the nickel-copper alloy liquid, a nickel-copper alloy composite coating is prepared on the surface of a metal base by adopting a method of chemical plating and electroplating synergetic deposition. The coating not only is of a nanocrystalline structure but also is of a noncrystalline structure, and moreover, nanocrystallines are evenly distributed in a noncrystalline continuous phase. The coating is a nickel-copper alloy noncrystalline-based composite coating. The nickel-copper alloy noncrystalline-based composite coating has the properties of the noncrystalline structure and the crystalline structure, thus, the combination property of the coating is obviously improved, such as corrosion resistance, wear resistance, high strength, high hardness and excellent room-temperature ductility, and the application range of a metal matrix is greatly broadened.

The preparation method comprises the following steps: enabling 1 to 8 molar caprolactone and 1 to 4 molar anhydride to react for 6 to 10 h at 80 to 140 DEG C by adopting 1 molar small molecular polylasic alcohol as a core molecule to obtain a matrix star-shaped polyester, then reacting with 1 to 4 molar monoglycidyl ether at 90 to 150 DEG C to obtain star-shaped hydroxyl polyester. The prepared star-shaped hydroxyl polyester has the advantages of simple synthesis process, high solid content and low viscosity, a hydroxyl value is 140 to 250 mg KOH/g (80 percent of solid content), the viscosity at 25 DEG C when the solid content is 80 percent is 300 to 3000cp, the star-shaped hydroxyl polyester can be cross-linked with a polyurethane curing agent containing an isocyanate group and can be used for preparing a coating with a high solid content, the VOC content at the construction viscosity is smaller than 380 g/L, and the film performance can satisfy the national standard of the solvent-type dual-component polyurethane wood coatings.

Method for preparing porous ceramics from hollow ceramic ball

The invention discloses a method for preparing porous ceramics in the technical field of inorganic nonmetallic materials. The porous ceramics are prepared by taking the hollow ceramic ball as a pore forming agent and using a gel casting process. The method comprises the steps: firstly, presintering the hollow ceramic ball; then, preparing low-viscosity ceramic slurry and degassing; placing the presintered hollow ceramic ball into the prepared ceramic slurry; uniformly stirring the slurry and degassing again; then, adding tetramethylethylenediamine and an aqueous solution of ammonium persulfate; carrying out injection molding after uniformly stirring the mixture; next, placing a slurry injected mold into a drying oven to heat; demolding after the slurry is completely cured, and carrying out drying, glue ejection, sintering and other processes to finally prepare the novel porous ceramics. The porous ceramics prepared by the invention are favorable in mechanical property, controllable in pore diameter distribution and uniform in air hole distribution; in addition, the adverse effects of the traditional pore forming agent on a blank body during burning can be avoided, the shrinkage and deformation of various prepared porous ceramics can be effectively inhibited, and the comprehensive performances of the prepared porous ceramics can also be effectively controlled.
