Method for preparation and wet spinning of regenerative keratin and silk-fibroin blended solution

The invention relates to a fibrosis technology for a regenerative keratin and silk-fibroin blended solution of animal hairs, and in particular relates to a method for preparation and wet spinning of the regenerative keratin and silk-fibroin blended solution. The method is characterized by comprising the following steps of: blending a regenerative keratin solution and a regenerative silk-fibroin solution, which use an ionic liquid as a solvent, by using waste mulberry silks, animal hairs and wools as raw materials to obtain a spinning solution, wherein the animal hairs include pig hairs, sheep wools, rabbit hairs, camel hairs, yak hairs and the like, and the wools do not have spinning and weaving utility values; molding by adopting wet spinning; improving the degree of orientation of fibers through multi-stage drawing; improving the crystallinity of the fibers through heat treatment and ethanol treatment; and improving the elasticity and tensibility of the fibers through oxidation crosslinking. The regenerative keratin and silk-fibroin fibers prepared by the method are protein fibers in an absolute sense, do not need to be blended and molded with synthetic polymer, and have excellent characteristics of natural cashmere fibers and silk fibers.

The invention relates to a method for preparing haematochrome of red rice, which belongs to the technical field of the production of natural pigments. The method comprises the following steps of: (1) preparing an extracting agent, namely adding 0.3 percent citric acid into 15 to 45 percent food grade ethanol to adjust the pH of the ethanol to between 2.5 and 3.8, and using the mixture as the extracting agent; (2) performing extraction, namely mixing black scented rice with the extracting agent in a weight ratio of 1:1-5, performing the extraction for 1 to 3 hours at the temperature of 40 DEG C, repeating the operations for 2 to 3 times, and then combining extraction liquid; (3) performing ethanol treatment, namely concentrating the extraction liquid by using a falling film evaporator until the volume of the extraction liquid is 1/5 to 1/8 of the original volume, adding 95 percent ethanol, adjusting the ethanol content to between 65 and 80 percent, standing the mixture for 3 to 5 hoursat the temperature of between 0 and 5 DEG C, depositing the mixture in alcohol to remove impurities, then filtering the mixture by using a centrifugal machine, and collecting filtrate; and (4) performing concentration, namely concentrating the filtrate by using the falling film evaporator. The product keeps the inherent components to the utmost extent, and has high unit color scale, good stability and good water solubility.

Method for preparing adsorbent for methylene blue and organophosphorus pesticide residues in water body by utilizing tea residues, prepared adsorbent and application

The invention belongs to the technical field of food safety, and discloses a method for preparing an adsorbent for methylene blue and organophosphorus pesticide residues in a water body by utilizing tea residues, the prepared adsorbent and application. The method comprises the following steps: crushing tea residues serving as a raw material by using a crusher, and sieving by using an 80-mesh sieveto obtain tea residue powder; sequentially treating tea residue powder with a NaOH solution, sodium chlorite, hydrogen peroxide and ethanol to obtain a crude extract, adding the crude extract into ahydrochloric acid solution with a certain concentration according to a certain solid-to-liquid ratio, reacting in a water bath kettle with a certain temperature for a certain period of time, stoppingthe reaction, washing the obtained sample to be neutral, and drying the sample to obtain the adsorbent. The adsorbent has a removal effect on organic phosphorus pesticide residues such as organic dyestuff methylene blue and chlorpyrifos in a water body. The adsorbent is easily available in raw materials, simple in preparation method and low in cost; in addition, the adsorbent can also be used forremoving other organic pollutants in a water body.
