Compared with the prior art, the preparation method of the small-particle-size carboxylic styrene-butadiene latex has the advantages of realization of the adjustment of the particle size of the latex, and simple operation; and compared with present carboxylic styrene-butadiene latexes, the carboxylic styrene-butadiene latex prepared in the invention has the advantages of narrow monodispersion, good fluidity, excellent mechanical stability and excellent chemical stability.

The anti-adhesion agent can reinforce a plastic thin film and improves creep resistance, wherein a large quantity of micro projections and gaps are formed on the surface of the thin film, thereby increasing roughness of the thin film, reducing friction coefficient and preventing adhesion of the thin films.

The invention discloses a method for preparing a dual-structure flocky ZnO-base transparent conductive thin film. The method comprises the following steps of: 1) obtaining a solution A with large particles; 2) obtaining a solution B with small particles; 3) mixing and stirring the solution A and the solution B to obtain a mixed solution C; 4) coating the mixed solution C on one side of a photovoltaic glass substrate, coating the solution B on the other side of the photovoltaic glass substrate, and drying the glass substrate; and 5) sputtering and depositing on one side of the photovoltaic glass substrate to form the ZnO-base transparent conductive thin film, wherein in the step 1) and the step 2), a particle source is a silicon oxide or metal oxide precursor; and a particle size difference between each large particle and each small particle is 250 to 350 nm. By the method for preparing the dual-structure flocky ZnO-base transparent conductive thin film, the dual-structure flocky ZnO-base transparent conductive thin film can be obtained on one side of the photovoltaic glass substrate without execution of wet method etching, and an anti-reflection thin film can be obtained on the other side of the photovoltaic glass substrate; and the method is easy to operate and is suitable for industrial large-scale application.

Two-step method for preparing instant high molecular weight polyacrylamide

The invention discloses a two-step method for preparing instant high molecular weight polyacrylamide. The two-step method comprises the following steps: (1) adding a dispersing agent into a reaction still containing a hydrocarbon solvent, and heating so that the dispersing agent is dissolved; (2) adding 20% to 40% of acrylamide water solution in percentage by weight and a water-soluble initiator into the reaction still in the step one, stirring so that the water solution is dispersed into the hydrocarbon solvent, and thus forming a water-in-oil reaction system; (3) introducing nitrogen, and removing reaction liquid and oxygen inside the reaction still; (4) heating the reaction system until a reaction, and reacting for a period of time to form polyacrylamide primary particles; (5) dropwiseadding an alcohol-water mixed solution into the reaction still, stirring, and gathering the polyacrylamide primary particles by controlling the using amount of the alcohol-water mixed solution and theratio of alcohol to water so as to form solid particles of similar grape cluster structures; and (6) heating until boiling, and azeotropically removing the alcohol and water solution so that the instant polyacrylamide solid with high molecular weight can be obtained. The polyacrylamide obtained through the two-step method is relatively high in solution rate when in use, and is unlikely to cake.
