welding robot, wherein the base and the welding
robot are installed on the upper side of the bottom plate, the center of the I-shaped horizontal beam is connected with the base through a
servo motor horizontal rotating mechanism and horizontally rotates, the ends of the four corners of the I-shaped horizontal beam are fixedly provided with
servo motor perpendicular rotating mechanisms, the two ends of each turning body are connected with the
servo motor perpendicular rotating mechanisms at the ends of the two cornersof the same side of the I-shaped horizontal beam correspondingly and driven by the servo motor perpendicular rotating mechanisms to perpendicularly rotate, each turning body is provided with a hollowclamp, the anti-arc baffle is perpendicularly fixed to the middle of the I-shaped horizontal beam through the baffle supports, the welding
robot is fixed to the bottom plate on one side of the I-shaped horizontal beam, and the I-shaped horizontal beam rotates between personnel and the welding robot so that manual operation and the automatic welding
station can be switched. By means of the automatic welding device and method, operation conditions are improved, labor intensity is reduced, and the welding quality is improved.
