Oil-contained sludge enters the combustion furnace to be combusted after being dried, hot flue gas enters a pyrolysis furnace to provide heat required by pyrolysis,pyrolyzed oil-contained sludge coke is returned to a combustion chamber to be incinerated under the action of fluidization air provided by the nitrogen gas cylinder set, the incinerated flue gas is purified and then discharged through the chimney, and through the process, reduction, recycling and harmless comprehensive utilization of the oil-contained sludge is realized.
