The invention discloses a Longquan Ge
kiln hundredfold crackle
glaze and a firing process thereof. A dry material of the hundredfold crackle
glaze comprises, by weight, 30-50 parts of a blank, 12-25 parts of a
glaze material, 15-25 parts of Linggen glaze soil, 15-25 parts of Huantang glaze soil, 1-3 parts of Zijin soil, 1-2 parts of
plant ash and 5-15 parts of
quartz. The firing process comprisesthe following steps: S1, manufacturing a
green body; S2, preparing glaze slip: finely refining and uniformly mixing the glaze, adding water, carrying out ball milling until the
fineness is 100 meshes,and filtering to obtain the glaze slip; S3, firing the
green body, and
glazing: preparing a porcelain blank from the
green body,
drying, then biscuiting, removing dust and
powder from the obtained porcelain biscuit after drawing, and carrying out internal and external
glazing; and S4, firing: putting the glazed biscuit into a
kiln, and respectively performing four stages of firing to make the biscuit subjected to
drying, oxidation, reduction, porcelain formation and heat preservation. The hundredfold crackle glaze fired by adopting the process is small in glaze surface
cracking and is similarto hundredfolds in a staggered and overlapped manner, or large flakes exist firstly, so that the hundredfold crackle glaze is strong in stereoscopic impression and has a glittering and translucent visual effect.
