By adopting the method, the limitation of the traditional aerobic fermentation is broken through; pathogene can be thoroughly killed; no bad smell or heavy metal pollution appears; the treatment cost is reduced; the treatment efficiency is improved; and the highest target of resource utilization of the organic waste is achieved.
